First time at the hotel, Benalmadena and the Costa del Sol. I will definitely be back.

Great location and great staff.

The Independent restaurants and the Spa were not open during the holiday. This was not made known before the trip and the coat was not reflective of this shortfall.

Nice hotel with friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. The room was well sized with good facilities and free safe.

Some parts closed e.g. roof bar and sun terrace. Little bit of recycling of lunch items at dinner.

Great stay!

Staff super helpful. I had an early check out, still I got a full breakfast with gluten free options. A quiet neighborhood and a fantastic view of the ocean from my bedroom and breakfast room.

A bit far to walk to the marina, but okay as hotel was well equipped.

The place to be!

The location is absolutely gorgeous and the fact that all the rooms are sea view is definitely a plus! We fell in love with the place. Our room was located on the 9th floor with a fantastic sea view! The food is so delicious! Great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff are super attentive, polite, and friendly and would give you any advice or suggestions about what you need especially Daniel, Borja, Christopher, Christian, and Loly! You guys are amazing Definitely will come back soon.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel

Hotel was really beautiful and the staff was nice and helpful whatever we needed. Location was really good, there was a market near and the Torremuelle train stop was a walking distance away. Our room was nice and the view perfect from our balcony. Nothing bad to say about it at all. Breakfast was amazing. So many choices for foods and drinks. We also used the gym and sauna.

The gym didn't have enough smaller weights

Tv channels didn't have a good selection. Only Spanish and German channels. Would've been nice to have a few in English.

Exceptional

Amazing facilities with 2 restaurants that had live music and a sky bar as well as pools. Staff were kind, helping us with everything we needed. The beach is very close and you can hear the waves during the night, which was very relaxing. The room was clean with confortable extra large beds.

We had a fantastic relaxing short stay.

It was an excellent location because we wanted peace and quiet, it’s very convenient for the 120 bus to Benalmadena marina where there a lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. It was spotlessly clean,with a wonderful view and excellent breakfast.

The prices for drinks in the bar, €22 for two beefeater gins with tonic. It seems excessive

Overall, a very pleasant holiday..

Late, daily cleaning of our room, and on one day our room was not cleaned at all. Our fridge was not cleaned out on our arrival to our room.

Hotel is nice, you get what you pay for.

The room was a decent size, good size balcony facing the sea with two chairs and a table. Bathroom with a bath/shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, however they were very busy, I felt sorry for them. Gym was ok. Pools were good, mini golf and table tennis on site was a nice touch. Most people had all inclusive and seemed to enjoy it. There is a shop down the road and the renfe train is a short walk away.

It was very busy and there were queues for everything. There was generally only one bar staff at each bar and they were extremely busy. The breakfast was only ok, an alright selection but it was alright for the money we paid. There isnt much around the area, there is a pizza place down the road and a shop beside it but other than that not much around. The train is up a hill but close enough. The gym is small and there wasnt cleaner most days to wipe down the machines or water some days. The seating area by the adult pool is a few loungers inside a wall near the beach, the family pool has more loungers and a bar. The roof area/bar closed while we were there for the season. The lobby was always busy with people sitting around and having a few drinks at the lobby bar.

Brilliant all inclusive stay

Really great - we stayed all inclusive. Decent selection of drinks available within all inclusive. We were an adult group but preferred the family pool over the adult only one as better atmosphere. Entertainers were brilliant and made our trip so much more enjoyable. Room was lovely and good selection of food in the buffet.

A nice relaxing week in a quiet location

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Food was nice and the buffet restaurant has a beautiful view over the sea.

The pool was freezing so my children wouldn’t go in it. Meal times could have started a bit earlier, particularly if you have children. The kids disco clashed with dinner time so you can’t really do both unless you wait until 8pm to eat. Would have liked fresh milk, they use long life milk for everything.

Very Good

Overall nice hotel with kind staff and good selection as well as quality of food.

WiFi was not working in the room. There is no proper wellness as we know it in Central Europe. Bars and lobby could be functioning more in chill out mode and also their offer could be better.
